Find out how the world actually experiences you
PIE360 Feedback puts the power of 360 feedback into the hands of the individual. Drawing on aggregated, anonymous responses from up to 40 people who know you, PIE360 reveals how the world experiences you across three dimensions: the quality of your relationships, the quality of your ideas, and the quality of your execution. Because you also rate yourself on the same dimensions, PIE360 produces your Self-Awareness Score, a clear-eyed measure of how closely your view of yourself matches the view from the outside.
Identify the force pulling you away from the life you want
The Four Horsemen identifies four forces that quietly shape the decisions of almost every person, pulling them away from the life and career they actually want. Economic Security, Expedience, Expectations, and Events. They are persuasive, they are often invisible, and they have a way of steering a life in a direction that was never really chosen. This assessment identifies which ones have the most power over you — and what to do about it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Every assessment in the Becoming You Labs suite is built on a research-based methodology developed by Dr. Suzy Welch and the Becoming You Labs team. The tools are grounded in rigorous academic frameworks and designed to produce results that are both precise and actionable, not general personality typing or pop psychology.
All Becoming You Labs assessments are taken online and are fully self-administered. You can complete them at your own pace and on your own schedule. Some tools require external feedback from other reviewers. You will be able to send them the assessment.
For most assessments, results are delivered instantly upon completion. PIE360, which is a 360-degree feedback tool, requires input from the people you invite to evaluate you so delivery depends on when your respondents complete their submissions.
The assessments were developed by Professor Suzy Welch and the Becoming You Labs team. They are the same tools used in Dr. Welch's acclaimed course at NYU Stern and in the Becoming You Labs live programs and coach certification curriculum.
Most self-assessment tools tell you what type you are. The Becoming You Labs assessments are designed to tell you something more precise: what you value, how you are wired, how the world experiences you, and what forces have been quietly shaping your decisions. The goal is not a label. It is a framework you can actually use.
